SIC and SC Reports

The following links relate to the Special Investigative Committee and Special Investigative Commission which were established in 2006 and 2007 to investigate allegations of malfeasance at the Orthodox Church in America chancery in Syosset, NY. The reports from these two committees were originally distributed at oca.org in PDF form. For uncertain reasons, oca.org is no longer making these documents available. (See this page and this page, both of which had links to the reports at one time.)

All documents include a date in the format YYYYMMDD near the beginning. The latest versions should be used for reading. Readers of these documents are encouraged to compare them to the scanned originals prior to any citations, to ensure the HTML text is correct. Please use the contact page to notify the Orthodox Leader of errors; include the page link and a block of text showing the error.

Finally, the HTML versions were prepared using MultiMarkdown 3.0, to convert lightly formatted plaintext to simple HTML. Perhaps someone else would like to prepare an embedded stylesheet to help readability?
